Host an exclusive Private Event at the 40th annual Decorators’ Show House & Gardens.
Give a springtime event in honor of your employees, colleagues, clients or friends in an elegant, unique setting.
The House is all yours for an entire evening!
Each year, we have a beautiful large tent adjacent to the Show House on exquisitely landscaped grounds, and it is available to you for private evening events, meetings, or social gatherings. You may plan a simple wine tasting, a classic cocktail reception, or an elegant seated dinner. Or if you desire a day event, you can host a breakfast, brunch, luncheon, or afternoon tea. All private events include a private tour of the Decorators’ Show House & Gardens and use of our attractive tent.
All evening events have the exclusive use of the Show House and event tent. Daytime events are scheduled during regular Show House hours and have a reserved area within the tent.
As a Private Event host, you receive:- Use of the Decorators’ Show House & Gardens. The use of the event tent on Show House grounds. Tables and chairs for 125 people plus buffet tables and bars are included.
- Your company listed in the official Decorators’ Show House & Gardens program, a supplement bound into the April issue of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine, reaching more than 98,000 readers and given to up to 15,000 Show House visitors. (Deadline for inclusion is February 8, 2010).
Daytime Events:
- Boxed lunches are available through the Show House Café with one week’s notice for $36 and include a House tour ticket.
- Event sponsors are responsible for catering. Soiree Catering, our exclusive Show House caterer will help you plan your function.
- Event sponsors are also responsible for providing transportation. There is no on-street parking available at the Show House. Please inquire about options.
